I asked this question earlier but needed to rephrase. Please no judgement just need straight informative answers. I am going through enough with a nasty divorce with a cheater for a husband.
I logged into my soon to be ex husband facebooka nd email account. He has taken the ip address to the State Police. This is his mistress doing, she's a schemy attorney who is helping he get full custody of my kids (which is NOT going to happen) I'm a fantastic Mother!
Anyway, I hopped on my friends internet using my laptop in another State from which we live and I just realized I did not use her internet either I was on someone else wifi. Is there anyway they can track this back to me? I am terrified becayse this was stupid 9I had a moment) however I would kill me if this was to have an affect in the custody of my sweet children. Please advise thank you in advance!!

Facebook keeps a log of all the IP addresses that lg into an account. If there is an IP on that list that does not belong to him it is most likely going to be your doing.
What operating system do you have (example: i have windows 7 ultimate) I can tell you how to change your IP adress.
